ABOUT THE
COURSE
Explore integrated concussion management, immersing yourself in evidence-informed care from assessment through treatment and turn-to-activity decisions. We're closing the learning gap between concussion treatment literature and continuing education with this course, designed to expose providers to coherent applications of treatment techniques and the examination of the whole patient or athlete.
This course will review the key features of a fundamental concussion evaluation, discussing treatment based classification systems versus phenotypical treatment approaches, and will provide tangible techniques, including vestibular, oculomotor, and orthopedic techniques to bring into the clinic. Exposure to the basics of vestibular and orthopedic concepts is encouraged for this course.
Note: this course is not recommended for patients.

This course should be part of the curriculum in current/future DPT programs!I'm extremely excited to put this modality into practical use and educate not only my patients, but providers and students!

Great courses with just enough history, evidence, theory, labs and practice. Highly recommend them for anyone that enjoys body work. I also think they're great for athletes to understand how to recover from repetitive workouts.
